The New group, Misun, out of Washington DC describes their sound as “DC aquawave/emo-pop.” Whatever you want to call it, this band is on to something. It’s difficult to create a new “indie pop” sound, but Misun has done something different and catchy here with “My Time” and “The Sea.”
Misun’s The Sea EP is out July 17th on T&A Records. Written and performed by Misun Wojcik, William DeVon and Nacey.
A remixes EP featuring Billy the Gent, Cousin Cole, Steve Starks, Gavin Holland and Londres out on July 31.
