I'm a huge DMB fan and was pleasantly surprised to see "Mercy" highlighted in a post. Can't wait for the new album and the summer tour to start. I love your site and the music you feature. Keep up the great work!

Dave Matthews plays new song, “Mercy,” on Jimmy Fallon [MP3]
Dave Matthews debuted a new track from the upcoming Dave Matthew Band / Steve Lillywhite album, titled “Mercy.”
I was hesitant to post this on Did.You Hear The New?, because of the stigma that DMB carries with many non-fans. It may seem hard to believe, but I’m a Huge fan, and sacrificed sleep last night just to hear it. I’ll be interested in the feedback, be it negative or not, for this post.
Are there any DMB Fans on D.YHTN??
Anyways, I enjoyed the shit out of this new tune, which was played acoustic with The Roots‘ Captain Kirk.
You can expect this song to be more robust on the album, per Steve Lillywhite who tweeted “it is not quiet on the album!…its not just acoustic on the album…”
