Damn, these guys surprised me. Motopony epitomizes “bedroom pop” and all its sonic meanings. Based out of Washington, these four seemed to pull off a well produced début album that spans from traditional folksy tracks and romantic ballads (see “I’m Here Now) to electro-pop and fractured dance songs (“Seer”).
Give these guys a shot, and check out the rest of their LP Motopony if you got the guts.
